The Billdr PRO app is an all-in-one software that simplifies general contractors’ workflow by automating their administrative tasks.

DESIGN PROCESS
The design process for Billdr PRO emphasized user feedback and iterative design to ensure the software met the needs of general contractors.
It began with in-depth user research, including interviews and feedback collection, to understand the challenges contractors faced. This information was used to create user personas and journey maps, guiding the design process. Collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions generated ideas and requirements, which were translated into wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
These designs were then tested with users, and feedback was incorporated to refine the interface and functionality. This iterative approach allowed for continuous improvement, resulting in a user-friendly and effective software solution.
UX & UI DESIGN
By working closely with the contractors, a great deal of attention was paid to overcoming challenges and creating a customized all-in-one software.
This involved creating low and high-fidelity mockups to test the usability before visualizing the software design in detail, ensuring that the final product would be both aesthetically pleasing and intuitive for users.
By effectively incorporating user feedback, key features were iteratively integrated to create a product that is easy to adopt and simple to use. The app integrates tasks such as quoting, invoicing, project management or P&L updates, in an easy-to-use manner.
This design allows contractors to easily customize the app to meet different needs and preferences, making their jobs easier.
DESIGN SYSTEM
The design system helped maintain consistency across the platform and ensured a cohesive user experience between the desktop and mobile app.
It serves as a comprehensive guide for the product and the engineering teams, providing a unified set of design principles and reusable components. This system facilitates quicker iteration and implementation of new features by establishing a consistent visual language and user experience.
MOBILE APP
The native app for Billdr PRO is a lightweight version of the desktop software, offering essential features tailored for mobile use.
Contractors can use the app to send invoices, manage change orders, and maintain an overview of their projects, enabling them to stay productive and informed even when working on site, ensuring they can easily access and update project information from anywhere.
WEBSITE
The website for Billdr PRO was built from scratch using Webflow, allowing a flexible and responsive web design. The site features a clean and modern layout, with intuitive navigation that guides visitors through the software's key features and benefits.
The design prioritizes user-friendliness and professionalism, using clear visuals to engage visitors and enhance the overall user experience.
Additionally, the website is optimized for SEO, helping to increase organic search traffic and improve visibility.
