Overview
The Billdr PRO app is an all-in-one software that simplifies general contractors’ workflow by automating their administrative tasks. General contractors spend too many hours filtering leads, preparing quotes, and chasing invoices. With Billdr PRO, they can focus on their craft and boost their profit margin - on desktop and mobile.
Role:
User research, interviews, and feedback collection from general contractors
Usability testing to refine the app's design based on user input
UX design, including user personas, journey maps, and wireframes
Collaborative workshops to gather requirements and generate ideas
UI design for visual elements, branding, and high-fidelity mockups

Through close collaboration with contractors, close attention was given to addressing challenges and crafting a tailored all-in-one app.
The most important functions for general contractors were integrated iteratively to create a product that is easy to adopt and simple to use. The resulting app layout aligns with the contractor workflow, maintaining user-friendliness even within its complex structure. As a result, this design facilitates contractors in effortlessly managing their responsibilities.
By harmonizing contractor feedback, I adeptly tackled challenges to create a customized all-in-one app. Seamlessly integrating tasks like quoting, invoicing, projects & client management, the app remains user-friendly. This design allows contractors to adapt it to different scopes and preferences without complexity, streamlining their responsibilities.
