Billdr PRO is a SaaS platform that helps general contractors manage their operations: quoting, invoicing, scheduling, payments, tasks, and team workflows in one connected system.
As Lead Product Designer, I led end-to-end experience design across web and mobile, translating complex construction processes into a product that feels clear, efficient, and scalable for real-world use.
Today, Billdr PRO sits at the center of Billdr’s platform strategy and growth, supporting the company’s expansion as a modern operating system for construction businesses.
ROLE
I owned product design end to end:
User research and continuous workflow validation with contractors
UX architecture across interconnected modules
Core product flows (quotes, invoices, tasks, scheduling, payments, materials selection)
Design system and scalable UI patterns
Daily collaboration with engineering and leadership
I functioned as both product designer and design lead, shaping long-term UX strategy while shipping complex production features.
DESIGN PROCESS
Billdr PRO was built through deep immersion in contractor operations and continuous real-world validation.
Close collaboration with contractors revealed how projects flow from quoting to execution to financial close. Rather than designing isolated features, these insights shaped end-to-end workflow architecture across sales & client management, project execution, and financial operations, creating a connected operational platform.
System-first UX thinking ensured shared patterns, scalable navigation, and data consistency across modules, allowing the product to grow in complexity without becoming harder to use.

MOBILE APP
The native app for Billdr PRO is a lightweight version of the desktop software, offering essential features tailored for mobile use.
Contractors can use the app to send invoices, manage change orders, and maintain an overview of their projects, enabling them to stay productive and informed even when working on site, ensuring they can easily access and update project information from anywhere.
WEBSITE
The website for Billdr PRO was built from scratch using Webflow, allowing a flexible and responsive web design. The site features a clean and modern layout, with intuitive navigation that guides visitors through the software's key features and benefits.
The design prioritizes user-friendliness and professionalism, using clear visuals to engage visitors and enhance the overall user experience.
Additionally, the website is optimized for SEO, helping to increase organic search traffic and improve visibility.
